The following terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "Member") and the lm333 platform ("we", "Platform", or "lm333"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not continue using the platform.

01 Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• Account — A registered account created by a Player on the lm333 platform.
• Balance — The total funds in a Player's account available for betting or withdrawal.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

VIP Cashback Programme: Active players are eligible to join the lm333 VIP programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier depends on betting activity and account usage history.

lm333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any misuse of promotions, including matched betting between two parties to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

05 Player Responsibilities

By using the lm333 platform, each Player acknowledges and agrees that:

• Betting involves the risk of losing money and Players are fully responsible for their own betting decisions.
• Players do not use other people's funds to gamble and do not gamble under severe financial pressure.
• Players are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to online betting activities in their area of residence.
• All information provided to lm333 is true, accurate and up to date. Players agree to inform us of any changes to that information.
• Players will not use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

06 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and balance freeze:

• Registering more than one account by the same individual or using another person's identity.
• Exploiting technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or software errors for unauthorised gain.
• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of player collusion to cheat other players or the platform, particularly in live casino games and poker.
• Making threats, insults, or abusive communications towards support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account or lm333's internal systems without authorisation.

07 Account Closure and Suspension

lm333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Request from a law enforcement agency or relevant regulatory body.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period with no transactions.
• A self-request from the Player to close or suspend their account.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the lm333 support team via live chat or email. Valid balances will be returned to the Player after all checks are completed, subject to there being no unresolved breaches of the Terms.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, lm333 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, internet service failures, or hardware faults on the Player's end.
• Financial losses resulting from a Player's own betting decisions.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Applicable Law
